Here at I Say! Digital we like to give something back, so that’s why we’ve decided to put on some free courses in our local area. We also feel that all small businesses should know about the potential of social media as a free marketing tool. Twitter is a fantastic tool for networking, advertising and raising brand awareness.

When used correctly and regularly Twitter can help your business to increase sales. If used ineffectively or incorrectly, Twitter can drive customers away or leave a bad impression of your brand. We offer an insight in to Twitter for Business on our Free Twitter Course for anyone who has just signed up to Twitter, who is Twitter phobic or has made a start and feels hashed off by all the hash tags.

Our 1 hour session introduces basic marketing concepts and Twitter etiquette that you can take away and use to promote your product, brand or business in a professional and consistent way. At the end of the session we allow a short time for networking with other attendees, and best of all as well as the course being free, so are drinks and biscuits!

• How to increase sales via Twitter
• How to use hashtags
• How to use mentions and re-tweets
