Bamboo Baby asked us for a little bit of help managing their already established Facebook page, to make it look more exciting and engaging, to improve interaction from existing fans and to increase their fan base.
As we are very experienced in the parenting niche, and offering increased Facebook engagement to brands, we were immediately able to communicate effectively with Bamboo Baby’s existing fans and Facebook and enlist their help to promote the page to other parents and grandparents. All the while we were ultimately focused on increasing sales for the online store.
The results of a new approach to communicating with the fans, some carefully chosen promoted posts and an extremely cost effective product giveaway were impressive. In 2 weeks we grew their fan base, and improved the “People talking about this” metric (number of people liking, sharing and commenting about the page) by 86%.
We’re still waiting to see what’s next for Bamboo Baby but are excited to find out the sales results from the increased engagement on their Facebook page. We’re also hoping to work with them to develop their Pinterest and Twitter following.
